Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to redsystem and to all websites, applications, and services operated by Christopher Richard Lee under the “redsystem” name, including this site and any apps hosted on redsystem.dev subdomains (collectively, the “Services”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to redsystem.

Our approach is simple: we collect only the information needed to operate the Services for you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account or sign in (for example, through Google), we receive your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier. We use this only to create and secure your account.
  • Content you provide. Text, posts, prompts, audio, and other content you submit to a Service is stored so the Service can work for you.
  • Essential cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Aggregate analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand general, anonymized usage trends. This is not used to identify you personally.

2. How we use information

We use the information above solely to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate you; to process payments; and to send essential service-related messages. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of trusted third parties to run the Services. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms:

  • Authentication — e.g., Google Sign-In.
  • Payment processing — e.g., PayPal.
  • Hosting & database — e.g., Vercel and Neon.
  • Analytics — e.g., Google Analytics.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us; we will do so except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or financial reasons.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated policy.
