These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of redsystem and all websites, applications, and services operated by Christopher Richard Lee under the “redsystem” name, including this site and any apps hosted on redsystem.dev subdomains (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely to operate the Services for you. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
3. AI-generated output
Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise not what you intended, and may resemble content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any output. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes not using them for any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purpose; not attempting to disrupt or compromise their security or integrity; and not attempting to access them by any means other than the interface we provide.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Some Services offer paid plans billed through a third-party payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
6. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as authentication, payment, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Christopher Richard Lee OR redsystem BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christopher Richard Lee and redsystem from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
